And, we have a winner!
In our first online contest, we asked people to tweet us how theyʻre navigating to a sustainable future. We had some great entries. Just a few include:
- Being involved in community planning, going to hearings
- Speaking with community groups on the importance of taking care of our environment
- Helping to protect Kaʻena Point and Maunalua Bay
- Leading a youth group
- Volunteering in a homeless shelter
- Teaching
- Working with my class to ban plastic bags
- Organizing beach clean ups
- Buying locally grown food
