Nice Work If You Can Get It
When the Hōkūle'a and Kama Hele returned from their 1,000 mile voyage from Palmyra Atoll, every one received lei of welcome even Hōkūlea herself. While it was wonderful to have everyone home safe and sound, that didn't mean the work was finished. During the pā'ina, crew still had to unload and begin the task of returning both vessels to ship shape.
