Kama Hele Returns Home
Without the Kama Hele escort boat, Hōkūle'a would not sail. On the trip to and from Palmyra Atoll, the Kama Hele and her crew fulfilled their duty amazingly. As always, they kept the crew of Hōkūle'a safe. However, on this voyage they also were instrumental in ensuring that we the website visitors were able to be virtual voyagers through their daily reports.
We can not mahalo Captain Mike Cunningham and the Kama Hele crew enough for all that they do.
